ROLE_OVERVIEW
About the Role: We're looking for a Junior Shopify Developer to join our growing e-commerce team. You'll work on building and customizing modern Shopify storefronts using Liquid, React, and Shopify's latest technologies, including Hydrogen and Shopify Functions. This is a great opportunity for a developer with a solid frontend background to grow their expertise in Shopify and server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks while working on exciting international projects.
Key Responsibilities
- —Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify storefronts using Liquid and React
- —Build custom themes and extend existing ones based on design and project specifications
- —Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and project managers to deliver seamless user experiences
- —Work with APIs (REST and GraphQL) to integrate external services and data
- —Optimize performance across desktop and mobile browsers
- —Troubleshoot and resolve frontend-related issues in a timely manner
Requirements
- —1+ year of experience in frontend or full-stack development
